Use a Person account if you are:

- An individual applying on your own behalf or
- A business owner or sole operator who does not require multiple user accounts
Organization
Use
an Organization account if your business requires multiple users to
submit applications or manage records.Example: A construction company where multiple employees submit permits on behalf of the business. Instructions for Organization Member Management.
- One individual registers as the Organization Administrator
- Additional employees register as Person accounts and are then associated with the organization
- All users can submit applications under the same company profile
Note: each registered user, whether a person, organization administrator, or organization employee, must have a unique email address.
